La mer en débat : mieux partager la mer Méditerranée pour mieux la protéger
Information
The National Commission for Public Debate (CNDP) is organizing a large-scale public debate on maritime planning: including all present and future activities on the sea, the coastline, marine biodiversity, and offshore wind energy. This national debate is being held across the maritime areas of metropolitan France. The debate is taking place from November 20, 2023, to April 26, 2024, to allow everyone to participate in shaping the decisions that will be made in 2024 regarding the future of the sea and offshore wind energy.
After a presentation of the approach adopted at French national level, the presentation will detail some of the debate’s highlights perceived so far on the Mediterranean coast. The conference will propose a discussion with the audience on how the results could be useful to the Monegasque authorities too.
